Wayne A. Luce started Luce Transportation as a "side-business" in 1987. Using only one school bus, Wayne serviced only South Hope, Maine. Over 20 years later, we have 21 buses, seven SUV's, and other vechicles! Our school buses now serve Hope Elementary School, Appleton Village School, Lincolnville Central School, Camden Hills Regional High School, along with dozens of area private schools, camps, churches, non-profits and businesses.
In recent years, co-owner, Molly Luce has developed a very successful part of our company called, Safe Care, and this year, she has created Safe Fly. We have also recently established Luce's Garage to service and repair our greater-neighborhood's automobiles.
